Recipients scan the subject line in order to decide whether to open,

Remember -- your message is not the only one in your recipient's mailbox.

Dont use all caps letter..
Avoid fancy typefaces..
3. Avoid attachments
Attachments will take more time to download
They are increasingly dangerous carriers of viruses..
4. Respond Promptly
Respond to your mail senders as you read the mail..
